Table 3.

Quantitative analysis of polyphenols identified in the fruit peel and pulp of the “West Rose” variety harvested from Prunus persica trees after treatment with three different concentrations of biostimulant (5.0, 4.0 or 2.5 L/ha) or with water alone. In the different panels, CTRL identifies samples harvested from trees treated with water only. Quantification is expressed as the mean ± SD of three experiments conducted in triplicate, and the values are expressed as mg per 100 g fresh weight (FW). The first column reports the identification number of each compound as listed in Table 1 and shown in Figure 4.
