OP-D inhibited the viability and proliferation of colon cancer cells. (A) OP-D affects cytotoxicity in HCT116p53+/+ and HCT116p53−/− cells. Cells were seeded in the 96 well plates and treated with 5, 10, 20, or 40 μM of OP-D for 24 h. Cytotoxicity was determined by CCK8 assay.
