Reconstitution of T, B, NK, and Treg cells. Absolute cell counts were determined for (A) CD4+ T-cells, (B) CD8+ T-cells, (C) B cells, (D) NK cells (CD3-/CD56+), and (E) Treg (CD4+CD127dimCD25hi Foxp3+). Measurements were made at baseline (day -59) and 100, 180, 270, and 365 days after HSCT.
