Effect of Na₂WO₄ and Flu on SA−induced RBOH1 mRNA abundance (a) and H₂O₂ accumulation (b) in grafted cucumber plants. Plants were treated with 3 mM Na₂WO₄, 50 μM Flu, or deionized water, and 8 h later, 1.0 mM SA was sprayed. At 12 h after pretreatment, the plants were exposed to 5 °C for 6 h.
