Table 1.

Weight loss of bariatric surgery patients after 6 and 12 months since bariatric surgery. Pre-surgery clinical data on weight, BMI, hyperphagia, glycemia and total cholesterol are reported. Patients were divided in two groups, based on the pathogenicity classification of the genetic variant identified with the NGS sequencing. Data were analyzed with independent samples t-test analysis.
