Kinetics of ENA-78 and IL-8 mRNA induction in human AGS cells stimulated with viable H. pylori. RNA was isolated from AGS cells at the time points indicated and subjected to RT-PCR. Amplified products were subjected to gel electrophoresis using 1% agarose gels, and the resulting bands were analyzed by densitometry.
