Relative expression of FaMBL1 in different tissues of wild-type strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) and MBL1-overexpressing lines. Samples were taken from mature plants of the wild-type (WT) and the three overexpressing lines (18F6G1, 19F2G1, and 27F8G1) and expression was determined by RT qPCR with EF1a as the reference gene.
