The figure demonstrates a 76-year-old patient with a T2N0M0 (GS 8) prostate cancer diagnosed more than 15 years earlier. He was originally treated with radiotherapy and androgen deprivation. After multiple relapses, an operation, additional radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and new drugs were introduced. At the time of the investigation, the widespread skeletal disease was observed both with NaF PET (upper row) and 68Ga-PSMA PET (lower row). There are no essential differences in their distributions. At the time of these images, the S-PSA was 293 (patient 14).
