Exosomes secreted from M2‐like macrophages promote non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lung metastasis in vivo. (A) Schematic diagram illustrating the experimental process. A549^Luc cells were cocultured with phosphate buffered saline (PBS), M2‐like macrophage‐derived exosomes (M2‐exos), M2‐exos+IgG Ab and M2‐exos+ITG αVβ3 Ab, and injected into the caudal veins of male nude mice (six mice for each group). Every 4 days, PBS, M2‐exos, M2‐exos+IgG Ab, and M2‐exos+ ITG αVβ3 Ab were administered into matching mice.
