As₂O₃ in combination with siNrf2 enhanced the suppression of 5-FU resistance in vivo. Nude mice were injected subcutaneously with Hep3B cells or transfected Hep3B/5-FU cells (2 × 10⁷ cells/mouse) and administered 0.5 mg/kg As₂O₃ or saline once every other day intraperitoneally.
