We performed MESC analysis on 33 GWAS data (n = 9,138 individuals) obtained from Sayaman et al.⁴². in the same way as in Fig. 2C. We filtered out 11 immune traits with low total SNP heritability ($h_g^2$ from the final result. The remaining 22 traits are categorized and colored by immune function annotations according to Sayaman et al.⁴². Dashed line indicates 0.1 of mediated SNP heritability ($h_g^2$)⁴².
