Patient has one of either joint or spine or entheseal inflammatory arthritis AND ≥3 points as per the following criteria=PsA

Evidence of PsO (any one):
 a) Current PsO 2
 b) Personal history of PsO 1
 c) Family history of PsO 1
 d) No history of PsO 0
Nail PsO – pitting/subungual hyperkeratosis/onycholysis 1
Negative for rheumatoid factor 1
Dactylitis (any one)
 a) Current digital swelling 1
 b) Past history of dactylitis 1
 c) No history of dactylitis 0
Juxta-articular new bone deposition on radiology 1
