(c) miR-10a is regulated by circ-ITCH in ovarian cancer; miR-10a decreases ovarian cancer cell viability and inhibits invasion, migration, and proliferation by targeting HOXA1 and RECQL4. miR-10a promotes the GCT development by targeting PTEN via Akt and Wnt pathways.
