Raise the interest of adults with DS in fun‐packed basketball standardised classroom routines

Classroom routines (taking turns, waiting, carrying out instructions etc.)

Basic basketball skills‐training along with music (roll and throw the ball, dribbling, passing, shooting relay racing etc.)

Phase II Improve basketball skills and physical quality of adults with DS

Peer coordination training (basket‐moving shooting, rebounds passing, catching the ball, relay racing etc.)

Basketball game (one on one and two on two)

Phase III

Improve strength and physical fitness of adults with DS

Physical fitness training (continuous jump, 1‐min high‐lift and kick practice, duck walking etc.)

Basketball game (three on three, five on five etc.)
