(A–E) Cardiac and contractile reserve at baseline and 3-month follow-up for Allo-HCT (n = 12) and Control (n = 11). After 3-months, cardiac and contractile reserve were maintained in controls, but allo-HCT experienced a blunted CI, SVI, HR, and RVEF reserve, resulting in a significant between-group difference for the net change from baseline for CI reserve and RVEF reserve and a trend toward a significant between-group difference for the net change from baseline for SVI reserve and HR reserve. *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 for within-group change in reserve.
