(A) In silico analysis of DNA polymerase errors was performed using Quadron and 500bp of mutant sequence (HSV-tk sequence + G4 motif). Δ Quadron was calculated by subtracting the wildtype (WT) score for each motif from the mutant score (Δ Quadron = mutant – WT). Errors that resulted in the loss of the G4 structure were given a score of 0. Kruskal-Wallis test with Dunn’s multiple comparisons test was performed on Δ Quadron distribution, **p < 0.01. (B) Δ Quadron score comparison of human DNA pol η and pol κ mutants for FER1L4 and VEGFmut. N = total number of mutants.
