Models were explored with a full model including the variable ‘gender’, ‘Age’, ‘Diabetes’, ‘Hypertension (HTA)’, ‘KidneyFailure’, ‘O2_home’, ‘CardiacFailure’, ‘ImmunoSup’, ‘previousSARS-CoV-2 infection’, ‘Vaccination’, ‘PulmDis’, ‘SolidCancer3M’, ‘HematoK’, and ‘OneComorb’. ‘Tobacco’, ‘BMI’, and ‘overweight’ were not included owing to more than 50% of missing data.
