MGC-803 tumor cell necrosis, apoptosis, and angiogenesis after PDT mediated by different light fields. MGC-803 tumor-bearing mice were sacrificed on day 3, 7, and 14 after PDT. (A) Tumor tissue sections of control and intensive LED-PDT groups were stained with HE, TUNEL, VCAM-1, and ICAM-1 and then scanned with a 40× microscope, and images were magnified 20×.
