Weight of the uterus (each n = 9–15). The weight of the uterus decreased after ovariectomy (OVX). The administration of estradiol (E2) significantly increased the weight of the uterus relative to OVX with vehicle (p < 0.001). The uterus weight was significantly higher in the OVX + raloxifene (RAL) than in the OVX + v group (p = 0.002). (ANOVA: p < 0.001, *: p < 0.01).
