Add 100% DMSO to 156 mg neocuproine in a microfuge tube up to 1.5 mL total volume. Note that the DMSO stock does not need to be strictly anhydrous and should be stored in a 20°C–25°C flammable cabinet until retailer’s expiration date. Dissolve by vortexing. Make 150 μL aliquots in microfuge tubes and store at −20°C for up to 6 months.
