UOG-24911-FIG-0001-b — Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV) showing 278‐bp deletion in FOXP3 gene in Case 12. Since FOXP3 is located on X chromosome and Case 12 was male, IGV shows complete lack of reads within the gene, indicating hemizygous deletion.
