Groups A1, B1, and C1 are analyzed by SPR method and groups A2, B2, and C2 are analyzed by UPLC-UV method. Groups A1 and A2 were the mean response and mean peak area of the standard solution without serum, respectively; groups B1 and B2 were the mean response and mean peak area of the blank serum sample with standard solution added before protein precipitation, respectively; and groups C1 and C2 were the mean response and mean peak area of the blank serum sample with standard solution added after protein precipitation, respectively.
