Effects of ESP produced by PwNEM on IgG-induced eosinophil degranulation. Wells were coated with 100 μg of IgG/ml in the absence or presence of the ESP at the doses indicated for 2 h at 37°C. After washing, eosinophils were added to the wells and incubated for 3 h at 37°C.
