Extended Data Fig. 8 — Wildtype (WT) and Nir3^–/– CD3 + T cells were stimulated with bead-bound anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies for 3 days, transfected with scramble (Scr) or Nir2 siRNAs and rested in IL-7 containing media for 2 days.
