Note. All ratings were made for each statement on a zero to 4 scale, with 0 = very easy to 4 = very hard. Ranks were assigned based on mean scores, with the top ranked item being the item with the higher mean score indicating the most difficult barrier. If two (or more) items had the same mean score, they were ranked as tied. Estimates based on small numbers (n < 30) should be interpreted with caution.
Participants in the suppressed group are the same for both TOT and ITT samples.
