Representative results of KEGG enrichment analysis in the whole cohort. The KEGG analysis was conducted by GSEA, indicating that the top 10 active pathways in high-risk group were allograft rejection, antigen processing and presentation, DNA replication, glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis keratan sulfate, graft versus host disease, intestinal immune network for IgA production, maturity- onset diabetes of the young, natural killer cell- mediated cytotoxicity, regulation of autophagy, and type I diabetes mellitus.
