“In group” consists of all DepMap cell lines harboring BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 mutation. The “out group” is all remaining cell lines. The parameter shown is sensitivity to Olaparib, as measured by area under the curve (AUC) from the CTD² dataset. Lower values (left direction) on the x-axis indicate lower AUC and increased sensitivity. Based on extensive literature, we would expect BRCA mutant cell lines to be more sensitive than the “out group.” That is not the case (Q = 0.867; Author response table 3).
