Mice were immunized with 2.5 μg of Cps III, mixed CRM97-Cps III conjugate, or SCPB-Cps III conjugate at weeks 0, 2, and 4. ELISA was used to measure specific IgG. All immunogens were mixed with aluminum phosphate.
