Schematic diagram demonstrates the TRAF-C domain of TRAF6 interacts directly with the KD domain of RIPK1. The K48-linked polyubiquitination of RIPK1 caused a decrease in the protein levels of RIPK1, which affects changes in the RIPK-RIPK3-MLKL necroptosis signaling axis, ultimately leading to the development of colorectal cancer cells.
