The STX6 expression level can predict the effect of immunotherapy. STX6 expression was favorably connected with TBM in ACC, LGG, LAML, SKCM, STAD, and PAAD while being negatively correlated in THCA and ESCA (A). Additionally, STX6 showed a favorable link with READ, LAML, COAD, LUSC, and UCEC, but a negative relationship with the MSI of five different cancers, including DLBC, LGG, HNSC, THCA, and SKCM (B).
