Study design of in vivo experiment. To investigate SP effect in counteracting GBM progression through PPAr-γ signaling, mice were inoculated with U87 cells (day 0). After 2 weeks, SP was administered for 2 weeks at the doses of 30 and 100 mg/kg in combination with GW9662 (1 mg/kg). After 4 weeks, GBM mass was collected and used for analyses.
