CXCR3 inhibition blocks NF-κB signaling pathway activation by promoting autophagy in the IPEC-J2 cells. The cells were divided into four groups, namely, the Control group, LPS (10 μg/mL) group, LPS + AMG487 (1 μM) group, and LPS + AMG487 + 3-MA (5 mM) group.
