JQ1 blocked the nuclear translocation of SOX9 in human mesangial cells. Cells were pretreated with 5 uM JQ1 for 1 h and then stimulated with 10 ng/mL TGF-β1 for 24 h. The nuclear localization of SOX9 was evaluated by immunofluorescence using a secondary Alexa 688 antibody (A) and Western blot (B).
