Total genes that are differentially expressed at SMG compared with GG in lung cancer cell lines A549 and Colo699. Each dataset had fold changes adjusted to extract the top 5% of DEGs. For GSE36931, fold change (FC) was adjusted to include only genes with an FC greater than or equal to 4 or less than or equal to −4. For GSE78210, FC was adjusted to include only genes with an FC greater than or equal to 3 or less than or equal to −3.
