Targeted Lipidomics Workflow. Samples are registered and extracted using an automated sample extraction manifold. Extracted lipids are analyzed by LC/MS in a targeted manner to quantify DHA containing subset of lipids as well as low abundance oxylipins and endocannabinoids.
