Effects of WLZYW on VEGFa and signaling pathways. WLZYW (50 μg/mL) inhibited the phosphorylation levels of p-PI3K/AKT (A) and p-ERK1/2 (B) in DNP-IgE/BSA induced degranulation model. After RBL-2H3 degranulation was inhibited by Wortmannin (1 μM) and U0126 (2 μM), VEGFa mRNA (C) and protein (D) levels were significantly downregulated.
