Novel peaks correspond to monocyclic (CPcy1), bicyclic (CPcy2) and tricyclic (CPcy3) microviridin products as indicated by mass spectrometric analysis (Figures S2–S29, Table S1). All tricyclic microviridins (16) were characterized and confirmed by tandem ESI‐MS/MS experiments (Figures S30–S35).
