Outside-in 0-PDS meniscal sutures (A, white arrows) may be used for horizontal cleavage tears that extend more anteriorly along the meniscal body. It is recommended to use outside-in sutures for the anterior portion of the tear because this region of the meniscus is not amenable to inside-out sutures due to visualization limitations.
