Reagents and conditions: a) DCM/Et3N (4/1), 2 h; Ac2O, Py., 3 h; b) NH2NH2⋅AcOH, Toluene/EtOH (1/2), 2 h; SO3⋅Py, DMF, 2 h; c) 1.0 M LiOH, 30 % H2O2, THF/H2O (1/1); 51 % over five steps; d) 1.0 M PMe3 in THF, 0.1 N NaOH, 2 h; e) SO3⋅Py, MeOH, Et3N, 0.1 N NaOH; 50 % over two steps; f) Pd(OH)2/C, H2 (atm.), t‐BuOH/H2O (1/1), 48 h; 85 %.
