Knockdown of Mff sensitizes cisplatin-resistant Huh-7/DDP xenograft tumor to cisplatin treatment in vivo

Huh-7/DDP cells were stably transfected with shMff or negative control. Cells were inoculated into nude mice to establish xenograft tumor and mice were treated with 5 mg/kg cisplatin every 4 days. (A) Tumor growth was monitored at indicated time points and the xenograft tumors were extracted at the end of the experiment. (B) Mice were euthanized at day 25 and the tumor weights in different groups were examined. (C) The Mff expression in xenograft tumors was analyzed by western blot analysis. (D) Ki-67 expression in xenograft tumors was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining. (E) Cleaved-Caspase 3 expression in xenograft tumors was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining.
