(A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H) Rag2−/−γc−/− mice were transplanted with MEC1 cells and treated as described in Figure 4A. NT and CD23.CAR+ T lymphocytes were obtained from CLL donor #1. At day 23 after the transplantation, murine neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages were evaluated by flow cytometry analysis in the PB and lymphoid tissues.
