IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-10, and IL-6 responses to HGE during coinfection. Splenocytes (10⁶ cells/ml) were pooled from groups of three mice and stimulated with either 10 μg of HGE lysate or 4 μg of ConA per ml for 48 h. Culture supernatants were analyzed for the presence of IFN-γ (A), IL-2 (B), IL-6 (C), and IL-10 (D) by capture ELISA.
