CCI = Charlson Comorbidity Index scores represent quan-10 age-unadjusted comorbidity burden with increasing values implying higher comorbidity burden; ADI = Area Deprivation Index quantifies a patient’s relative socioeconomic disadvantage based on his or her home address, with increasing values implying more severe socioeconomic disadvantage.
