SOD1G93A constitutively released from NSC-34 motor neurons induces ER stress in recipient NSC-34 motor neurons. AC XBP1-tdTomato-transfected NSC-34 cells were incubated with pelletable fractions from conditioned media of non-transfected (NT), or EGFP- or SOD1G93A-EGFP (SOD1G93A)-transfected NSC-34 cells.
