Parasitemia and mortality of WT and GKO mice following infection with P. chabaudi AS. Male (A and C) and female (B and D) WT and GKO mice were infected intraperitoneally with 106 PRBC, and the course of parasitemia (A and B) was determined. Data are means ± SEM of six mice per group from one of three experiments.
