  • Sexual: decreased libido and erectile dysfunction, infertility

  • Skin: reduced body hair growth, decreased frequency of shaving

  • Psychiatric: low mood, decreased energy and motivation, mental fog, sleep abnormalities

  • Fragility fractures

  • Metabolic: increased adiposity, anaemia, features of metabolic syndrome

  • Loss of body hair

  • Small testicular size (<5 cm)

  • Gynaecomastia

  • Low sperm count

  • Abnormal sexual development in infants/children

  • Musculoskeletal: decreased muscle mass, decreased bone mineral density
