Relapse defined as Yes=at least one positive Urine Drug Screen (UDS) during four consecutive weeks with positive or missing UDS; No=No consecutive missing or positive for four weeks; Missing=Missing UDS for four consecutive weeks. Odds ratios (OR) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were reported. P-values < 0.05 for two-sided tests were considered statistically significant and are in bold font.
