Cytokine responses to MAM in vitro in splenocyte cultures from C3H/HeSnJ and C3H/HeJ mice. Splenocytes (10⁷ cells/ml) were stimulated with or without various concentrations of MAM. Twenty-four hours later, culture supernatants were collected and analyzed by a capture ELISA for TNF-α, IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-6, and IL-10. Splenocytes from three or four mice were included in each experiment for each specific dose point, and results are expressed as the mean and SEM. The data shown are representative of two experiments.
