C, Focal honeycombing of fat, reminiscent of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans. F, The metastatic tumor of case 3 displayed a more prominent epithelioid morphology with irregular, eccentric nuclei and moderate amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm with increased mitotic activity (400X).
