The number (%) was reported for each response level. Responses 1 to 5 correspond to no problems, slight problems, moderate problems, severe problems, and extreme problems, respectively (wording differs according to the items). Groups 1, 2, and 3 consisted of the two questionnaire types that had the EQ-5D-5L in the first, second, and last places, respectively
